This is the being called Medusa of Greek Mythology.

She was one out of six sisters with special talents. daughters to the sea god Forkys and the sea monster Keto.

Medusa had sneaks instead of hair, any man who dares to look her in the eyes turns into stone...cause she was bad ass or something.

and some dude by the name Perseus chop her head off, but even in death she could turn a man into stone...and then the flying horse Pegasus was born out of HER head....ALLRIGHTY!
